Cengizhan Kutlu

Cengizhan Kutlu is an experienced entrepreneur and leading expert in vocational training, educational technologies, and road safety. As CEO of Lonca Belgelendirme A.Ş. and Chairman of the Board of Directors of SPS Test Sistemleri, he has been shaping the interface between business, education, and regulation in Turkey for many years.

He also heads several national associations – including the Turkish Association for Road Safety and Psychotechnical Assessment Centers and the Association of Certification Organizations – and is considered a thought leader for quality, standardization and digitalization in training and assessment systems.

With his extensive experience in strategic development, policy advice and institutional networking, he strengthens the Sernitas Group’s advisory board in matters of quality, growth, ethics and international positioning.
